I've watched the new trailer for SimCity 5 four times now. Good memories playing SimCity 2000 - each time for about 40 (game) years before finding myself buried under bond payments. I always bought the fusion plant first...

Hey dudes. I guess this qualifies as big news on my front. The details are still being worked out, but I will be moving to NYC towards the end of this summer... Yes, a carbon tax/GHG cap-and-trade system could slash debt and slow climate disaster. So, who loses? Fossil fuel prices would go up. Painful for people and businesses – but wouldn't it be a fairer way to balance the budget than the austerity measures that Republicans would enact?
